Axial angular contact ball bearings (ZKLN)
ZKLN bearings from HQW Precision are double row angular contact thrust ball bearings with a contact angle of 60°, which gives them high rigidity in the axial direction. Due to the split and matched inner ring, all ZKLN bearings are free of play when installed and have a defined preload. Such bearings are often used in screw drives where a play-free, rigid bearing is required. Radial forces are also absorbed.

Materials
ZKLN bearings from HQW are made of chrome steel rings and with steel balls as standard. On request, these are also available in stainless materials such as X65Cr13 (HQW designation: S) or X30CrMoN15-1 (HQW designation: SV) as well as ceramic balls (Si3N4). The cages are usually made of phenolic resin reinforced cotton fabric, but can also be made of Torlon® or PEEK. For higher load capacities, full-compound designs (without cage) are possible.
Lubrication
HQW axial angular contact ball bearings are filled at the factory with a heavy-duty lubricating grease. As a rule, this lubrication is sufficient for the entire product life. If this is not the case, all types have a lubrication hole in the outer ring through which the bearing can be relubricated.
Seal
All bearing designs are provided with a seal as standard. By request
the bearings can also be delivered open. LLU = contact sealing discs | LLB = non-contact sealing discs
