High speed spindle bearings

HQW Precision spindle bearings are single row angular contact ball bearings that accommodate axial loads in one direction and, at very high speeds, can simultaneously accommodate high radial forces.

Spindle bearings always require at least one counter bearing to ensure preload, absorption of axial forces in both directions and thus freedom from play of the entire system.

As a rule, spindle bearings have an open shoulder on the outer ring. This design allows for a higher number of balls and therefore a higher load capacity. A solid cage ensures a particularly high maximum speed of the spindle bearing. In terms of design, running accuracy and material, HQW spindle bearings offer the highest speeds and load ratings with minimal maintenance requirements.

HQW spindle bearings are manufactured in accuracy classes P4, P4S and P2.
